ElCIN BIREN
CEO SwissCyberSmart

Elçin Biren is an award-winning cybersecurity leader and CEO of SwissCyberSmart, with nearly 20 years of experience spanning ethical hacking, cyber risk governance, and executive advisory. She has advised organizations across multiple industries on multi-million-dollar cyber risk programs and led enterprise cyber governance initiatives across international markets.
She serves as Global Ambassador and President for Switzerland at the Global Council for Responsible AI and sits on the advisory board of IDC EMEA CISO Xchange. A committed advocate for inclusive leadership, Elçin has spent years leading and mentoring Women in Tech initiatives worldwide, strategically strengthening the cybersecurity talent pipeline.
A 2025 Cyber Security Woman of the Year honoree, Elçin launched her cybersecurity-themed sci-fi novel, Guardians of the Digital Age, at the Black Hat Conference in the United States. Her digital resilience masterclasses have reached tens of thousands of families and educators. Her mission is to strengthen digital resilience at every level — from boardrooms to classrooms — shaping a more secure and responsible digital future.

MAGDALENA SKORUPA
Global CISO & DPO, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance

Magdalena Skorupa is the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO) at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance in Geneva. With 27 years of international leadership experience across Fortune Global 500 organizations, she operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, governance, and global digital transformation. A CISSP and ITIL Expert, she leads enterprise-level risk and cyber defence strategies in complex, mission-critical environments, ensuring that security becomes a strategic enabler of global impact rather than a constraint. Holding an Executive MBA from HULT International Business School, Magdalena is a passionate advocate for diversity in technology. Through her mentoring work with Start-up Advisory Guild and ISC2, she actively supports the next generation of women leaders in cyber. Recognised in Strong Woman in IT (2023) and named among the Top 100 Cyber Women in Europe (2022), she is committed to shaping a more secure, ethical, and inclusive digital future.

KATHERINE ELIKWU
Cybersecurity leader, vCISO

Katherine Elikwu is an international cybersecurity executive with extensive experience leading enterprise security programmes in complex, regulated environments. Formerly Group CISO, Katherine combines technical depth with strategic leadership across IT and OT security domains.Passionate about mentorship and leadership development, Katherine believes becoming a CISO requires more than technical excellence — it demands influence, resilience, and the ability to translate risk into business value. Katherine is committed to helping emerging leaders grow both professionally and personally in today’s fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

SANDRA PICHON
CISO, Swiss Bank

Sandra Pichon has 10+ years of experience within the Kudelski Group, a company specialized in Security. She led an international engineering department of 40 people before transitioning into cybersecurity four years ago, initially as a Business Process Engineer. She then moved into the role of Business Unit Information Security Officer, strengthening governance and security strategy at the business unit level.
Six months ago, she joined a Swiss bank as Chief Information Security Officer, where she now oversees cybersecurity strategy and risk management in a highly regulated environment.
