How to become a good speaker and dare to take the floor ?
Our Mentoring Program is designed to empower female professionals to become compelling speakers, effective storytellers, and visible leaders.
Through personalized mentoring with experienced speakers, webinars, and supportive peer connections, participants will learn how to craft their message, engage audiences, and share their expertise with confidence — whether on stage, in the media, or online.
At the end of the program, each participant will be ready to take the floor — either by preparing to speak at an external conference or by presenting in front of a supportive audience of our community members, offering a safe and encouraging environment to shine. Join us, and dare to take the floor. For our female members only.
Duration of the program : January - June 2026

Become a Mentor (Open to everyone, male and female, members and not members of Women4Cyber Switzerland)
By becoming a mentor, you’ll play a key role in empowering women in cybersecurity to find their voice, share their expertise, and step into the spotlight with confidence.
As a mentor, you’ll guide participants through their journey — offering advice, encouragement, and practical feedback as they prepare to take the floor. Whether you’re an experienced speaker, a seasoned cybersecurity professional, or a leader passionate about inclusion, your insights can make a real difference.
Requirements : Experience as a speaker (conferences, public speaking, media interviews)
Availability : 1 to 2 hours per month for the duration of the program
