The advisory board on diversity for Women4Cyber Switzerland provides strategic guidance to ensure inclusion, equity, and representation are embedded across the association’s programs and projects, governance, and community activities. It brings expert perspectives to help identify barriers, shape inclusive policies, and promote diverse talent in Switzerland’s cybersecurity ecosystem.

Andrea Delannoy
Founder of Mod-ELLE, D,E & I & Leadership Consultant, Career Management Advisor, Mentor, Speaker, Alumna of "Forum des 100"

A former public finance auditor in her native Romania, Andrea has undergone a metamorphosis since arriving in Switzerland in 2003.   
After gaining a MAS in European Politics at the University of Geneva, Andrea joined the non-profit sector, working to support female careers (Board member - OWIT Lake Geneva) and promoting sciences among young girls (co-founder - Expending Your Horizons). 
 
Aware of the particularities of the Swiss job market affecting women, Andrea dedicated 5 years to a career consultancy company, as a business manager, working to support the professional integration of foreigners into the Swiss job market. 
 
A mother of two daughters and passionate about supporting younger generations, Andrea has been mentoring young Master's students at UNIGE for over 12 years (UNI Emploi Mentoring Programme). She’s currently mentoring senior executives supporting them to develop/promote an inclusive leadership ( (via “My mentor is a Woman” programme - Fondation ImpactIA). 
 
Believing strongly in the power of role models, Andrea founded MOD-ELLE in 2017, a Swiss nonprofit organization whose mission is to challenge gender stereotyping in shaping and pursuing youth's career aspirations, working with the education departments and the primary schools. 
 
Building on her experience in career services and engagement to promote gender equality on the Swiss job market, Andrea founded EOS consulting in 2023 to help women turn their career aspirations into concrete actions and to support companies that wish to develop a divers and inclusive culture. 

David Szollosi

David Szollosi leads the EQUAL-SALARY Certification practice of Forvis Mazars worldwide, serving more than 100 employers in 80 countries. He has 17 years of experience, working in corporate, non-profit and consulting / auditing firms to help organisations ensure the right workforce mix that is high performing.

His experience lies in coprorate and HR strategy development and execution, organsiational development from Diversity and Inclusion, Equal Pay and opportunities perspective

David, across his different roles, developed industry experience in Tech, as well as FMCG, Retail, Luxury goods, non-profit

Alexandra Stampfli 
Lawyer, former lecturer in Law at the University of Geneva, currently pursuing a CAS in inclusion, diversity, and equality at the University of Geneva.

Alexandra Stampfli Haenni, a lawyer, specializes in Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI). She holds a law degree (1998), a bar admission (2003), and a master's degree in life sciences law (2012). Her professional career includes varied roles and follows a multidisciplinary path: legal counsel for the Cantonal Data Protection Commissioner (Geneva), lecturer in law at the University of Geneva, and lawyer. She is also involved with educational and social institutions and serves on the Geneva State Multidisciplinary Commission on Special Education Measures (CPR). Alexandra Stampfli Haenni is the founder of the "Premiers Pas" (First Steps) association, which operates throughout Switzerland and supports parents of children with Down syndrome, and is active in the AGAThE Association, which supports children from birth to age five with developmental disorders requiring various types of care. She participates in seminars on special education. She is the author of legal publications on data protection and personality rights, as well as on medical confidentiality, among other topics, and on inclusive education. She recently obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (2025-2026) from the University of Geneva, where she distinguished herself through her diligence, commitment, and interpersonal skills. Her final project focused on the inclusion of children with Down syndrome, using an approach that emphasizes experiential knowledge as the basis for concrete inclusion tools. Furthermore, Ms. Stampfli Haenni has expanded her expertise through various other training programs, including a MOOC on child psychological development and ongoing certification as an individual trainer-coach (Educh.ch). These achievements demonstrate her continuous commitment to developing her skills and supporting those affected. Beyond her academic and professional skills, Ms. Stampfli Haenni stands out for the quality of her interactions. Her kindness, integrity, genuine interest in others, listening skills, strength of character, and collaborative spirit make her a valuable asset.

Adriana Zobrist Galad
HR Manager (HRSE) expert in consulting, recruitment, HR management, professional development, qualitative analysis, conflict resolution, and mentoring

Adriana Zobrist Galad is a Talent Management Consultant certified in Human Resources Management, bringing an interdisciplinary perspective that connects humanitarian experience, international security, and talent development to advance diversity and inclusion in professional environments, particularly in cybersecurity. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Political Sciences from the University of Trnava (Slovakia) and a Master of Advanced Studies in International and European Security from the University of Geneva (Switzerland).

She began her career with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), working with victims of human trafficking and domestic violence and contributing to international migration initiatives focused on legal evaluation and direct assistance. Through roles at headquarters and in field operations, she gained in-depth insight into complex international environments, further strengthened by Leadership and Change management training at the Geneva Centre for Security Studies.

She is also certified as a PSEAH investigator, reinforcing her commitment to safeguarding, ethical leadership, and inclusive organizational cultures. Her work focuses on enabling individual and organizational growth through talent development, professional transition support, and inclusive leadership practices. She brings strong expertise in partnership management and multi-stakeholder collaboration, working with governments, military and law enforcement bodies, NGOs, civil society, donors, and academic institutions. These experiences inform her approach to navigating complex stakeholder environments, fostering collaboration, and driving sustainable impact.

Advancing women’s professional participation and strengthening diversity in the workplace are central to her engagement. She supports female professional development as a committee member of female association Les Cadrilles and is a founding member of association Binome+, which promotes structured intergenerational knowledge transfer. Through her professional and voluntary work, she seeks to contribute to initiatives such as Women4Cyber by supporting inclusive talent pipelines, diverse leadership, and sustainable organizational transformation.
