In a cybersecurity world that lacks diversity, particularly in terms of representation at conferences and public speaking engagements, the aim of this webinar is to give our female members the keys to daring to take the floor and to becoming good speakers. Our speaker will share her personal experiences as a speaker and offer tips on how to gain the confidence to speak in public. The presentation will also draw on her experience as a conference organizer with Women in Cyber, which sets a very positive example of diversity and female representation, and discuss the challenges of diversity in speaker selection. The visibility of diverse profiles, including female profiles, is key to drive diversity forward in the cybersecurity field. This session aims to inspire women to dare to be more present and visible.
