Carine Allaz is the CEO and founder of the Swiss cyber security consulting firm CIRISK. She holds a master’s degree in law, crime issues and security of new technologies from the University of Lausanne.
With over 15 years of experience in cyber security risk management, she worked for 10 years in the financial sector as IT auditor, cyber security project manager and led the creation and management of a Security Operations Center for a private bank during 4 years. Carine Allaz is also lecturer in various continuous information security education programs at the University of Geneva and at the HEG Geneva. She is also a member of the Scientific committee of the continuous education program in information security at the University of Geneva. She is a frequent speaker on cyber security topics, and she is often call as an expert by international organization, she work currently for the AI for developing countries forum on digital sovereignty and governance. She is also an advocate for more diversity in Cybersecurity. being a mentor and role model, in 2025 she co-founded Women4Cyber Switzerland"
