Biography
Her practice focuses on data protection and privacy law, including GDPR and Swiss data protection compliance, as well as the rapidly developing regulatory landscape for artificial intelligence. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) with the IAPP.
Anna is a Partner at Logan & Partners, where she advises technology companies, research organisations, and businesses operating at the intersection of law and innovation.
Her practice focuses on data protection and privacy law, including GDPR and Swiss data protection compliance, as well as the rapidly developing regulatory landscape for artificial intelligence. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) with the IAPP.
Anna has extensive experience in technology contracts, including IT and software agreements, licensing, and commercial arrangements that underpin the deployment of AI and digital solutions in research and development. She also advises on commercial law, supporting clients in structuring and negotiating agreements across a wide range of technology-driven activities.
In addition to her practice, Anna is pursuing a PhD at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, with her research focusing on data protection in automated decision-making processes. She regularly publishes and speaks on topics relating to data protection, privacy and the regulation of emerging technologies.
